It's that time of year again! Taste of Charlestown, GSS's largest annual fundraiser!

 
As you may know, the proceeds and support of this event help GSS meet its goals of delivering high-quality education and care, while keeping tuition costs at reasonable rates for all families and still being able to competitively compensate the school's amazing teachers. We are so grateful for all GSS offers for our children and realize that this is all made possible due largely in part to the generous contributions of families and the surrounding community.

 
What can you look forward to?
There will be delicious samplings from many of Charlestown's local restaurants, including Blackmoor, Dovetail, Brewer's Fork, Monument, Waverly, and Prima! Bid on amazing Silent Auction packages including hotel getaways, sporting events, family activities, pampering and more. In addition, families have the chance to participate in a live auction featuring artwork from their children's classrooms. With music and entertainment provided by Karson Tager of Mix 104.1, local food and drinks and great company, TOC is always such a great night and serves as a reminder of how wonderful this community is.

But wait, there's more! Since the event falls on Derby Day, we'd like to inspire some friendly competition by making this a Kentucky Derby-themed event. Best dressed contests, signature cocktail, Derby watch party, and more to come!

Tickets on sale now!

When purchasing your tickets, be sure to check the box to store your card information - during the event you are able to make purchases with just your name, so then after the event everything is billed to the one credit card on file.  You will also have the opportunity to scan your card the week before the event at school, but doing it by checking the box during your ticket purchase saves a lot of steps!

• Regular Admission:
  • $125 pp, includes 1 drink ticket
• VIP Admission:
  • $150 pp, includes 1 drink ticket and 5 raffle tickets to exclusive GSS prize packages
  • Exclusive prizes include front row seats to the Spring Concert, sponsored Classroom Pizza Party, and free family babysitting at a GSS Pizza/Movie Night.
• After April 1, individual tickets increase to $150 pp for Regular Admission, with no option to participate in the raffle prizes noted above, so be sure to purchase early!
• Community Admission:
  • Invite a friend outside of our school community, $75 pp.
• Teacher Ticket Sponsorship: $50 additional add-on
• If you can't attend there is an option to make a donation towards the event.
